- Step 3: Log in Using ABHA Number: You can also log in to your account using your ABHA number. After that, you will be required to enter your identity verification through an OTP sent to your registered mobile number or Aadhaar verification, if needed.
- Step 4: Recover Forgotten Details: In case you have forgotten your ABHA ID or are having problems while logging in, you can choose the "Forgot ABHA Number" option or a similar option available on the ABHA portal.

- Step 5: Provide Consent: Verify your identity and ‘Confirm’ to connect your records. You may be asked to enter an OTP sent to your mobile number by the healthcare provider.
- Step 6: Access Your Linked Records: Once done, your medical records from the chosen healthcare provider are linked to your ABHA ID and accessible in your app dashboard.
